In this volume, We follow the Decepticon unit of Starscream, Megatron and Soundwave as they battle the Autobots for control of the planet Zel. With the spacebridge malfunctioning, this leads to the discovery of a crashed UFO and a fight against Wheeljack and the leader of the Autobots, Optimus Prime! After the battle, the decepticons prepare to strike at the Jaad wind power plant. Defended by the autobots Brainstorm and Hound. But gaining an ally in the Tyrannical Snapdragon. Megatron decides to strike another power source, the Ranpas Geothermal Plant. The group clash with the Monstercons, Grotesque and Doublecross and are joined by the unpredictable Blitzwing. And Starscreams treachery is revealed!
