Art, design, and code are essential ingredients to any game, but getting artists, designers, and programmers to play nicely with one another is usually a monumental task. Seasoned creators from big companies will usually understand the constraints of their colleagues in other fields, or else will have expensive custom-designed pipeline tools to bridge the gap. As indie, self-taught developers from the Philippines, we have none of the above. Still, we've gotten away with completing four games so far. This is how we managed to pull it off on a shoestring budget.
