Part 3 and we're going beyond the point I quit last time. E3M6's semi-hidden exit pissed me off 18 months ago, and the sneaky cacodemons that spawn behind you in E3M7 pushed me over the edge.

But this time around it was much more enjoyable. I think the combination of being a bit better at the game and making better use of quicksaves just made the whole experience exponentially more pleasurable.

Quick note: I mis-spoke during the E3M8 boss - I meant to say the Spider Mastermind is immune to blast damage, not immune to rockets; it's obviously subject to the hit damage from any rocket / BFG, but not the blast damage.
