The Vestal Virgin Plays - "Behind The Memory" (Part 2 - END)
Pax vobiscum everyone!
Please note that while very minimal, there is a scene that alludes to assault, and a scene that alludes to the taking of one's own life. I've put a warning in the video as well.
I've decided to continue browsing Steam for "walking simulators" and "story rich" games similar to Dear Esther to play and discuss. In my quest I found this game, "Behind The Memory". It intrigued me, and though not quite as detailed or long as Dear Esther, still had some interesting elements and discussion points. The ending was NOT what I was expecting at all when I first started playing the game, and it shocked me.
A very short game, the story was interesting but a bit disconnected, and I felt like I didn't have time to connect to the characters that much. The world presented is an interesting one, and it would be neat to see something similar with what happened to Dear Esther. This game has great re-make potential/expandability.
Have you played this game before? If so, what are your impressions?
