We're at patch 1.08 now and console performance on The Witcher 3 is probably as good as it's going to get - and there are still areas where PS4 in particular dips to 20fps. So can disabling post-processing improve performance? We were sceptical, but the results are conclusive: frame-rates in trouble spots still aren't great, there's a clear improvement.
