We were promised performance improvements for The Witcher 3 on PS4, and they have been delivered - after a fashion. Overall frame-rates haven't really changed that much at all, but keep an eye on the frame-time graph.

The spikes to 50ms+ during gameplay are much reduced. In English? Less stutter. Unfortunately, drops to 20fps during cut-scenes only see marginal improvement.
