There's not much difference, but we'd done the analysis, so we thought we might as well share it.
Some performance enhancements - particularly in cut-scenes - were mentioned during the patch notes for The Witcher 3 patch 1.04, but to be honest aside from some very minor changes, we're not seeing much in the way of differences from the last version.
Those big drops down to 20fps remain and while some cut-scenes see marginal improvements, it doesn't fundamentally impact the experience in any truly noticeable way.
