With an i5 4460 paired with a gtx 1070 it is difficult to maintain 60 fps @ 1440p with hairworks turned off.
If the paired cpu was an i7 6700k then it wont break a sweat for maintaining 60 fps .
This is the performance you will get when you pair an i5 4460 with a gtx 1070.
5+ FPS when not recording.
