For context: Interacting with that door triggers a closeup of the doorknob jiggling and the door doesn't open. Every time I got to this part I just spammed both my left and right mouse buttons to quickly skip past that close up. So because of that I manage to input aiming down sights and then firing and of course I was looking directly at the door while holding the grenade launcher with fire rounds. I didn't move because I was still processing what just happened and I assumed one fire grenade wouldn't completely kill me even when I was at full HP. It's okay though because the very next run was a success lol ;)
