This short jingle for saxophone quartet is my take on the short jingle that plays in the old episodes of "Thomas & Friends" whenever Sir Topham Hatt (known in the UK as the Fat Controller, although his real name is also revealed to be Sir Topham Hatt) appears. Most of the time when I hear this song, it plays if and when one of his engines (or one of the workers or members of the public) has not behaved like they are supposed to and needs disciplined for their actions, or alternatively, when he reveals he is pleased with his engines and their crew.
