There is a couple of builds that are broken in TFT Set 4 at the moment.
Moonlight Hunters with Kindred hypercarry is one of them.
TFT 3 star Kindred hypercarry does at least 1k damage with every ult he does.
When you apply a blue buff on Kindred as well, he does his ult every 3 seconds!
Completing this build with an Aphelios 4 star is a recipe for victory!
