World of Warcraft Cataclysm or Classic Plus? This debate has been tearing the WoW community apart: Which one of these two options would be better for the future of the game? Let's be real here, World of Warcraft, despite its recent successes, is still not in the greatest of positions right now. Classic WoW has certainly gotten a boom in interest due to the popularity of Hardcore, and Patch 10.2 is soon to be released, giving players plenty of new content with Dragonflight - but what ultimately is the best path forward for the future of this MMO? Some people say that Classic Cataclysm will only boom the population further, whereas others say that Cataclysm, being considered one of WoW's weaker expansions, will only hurt the game. Instead, Classic Plus, they would argue, is the best choice Blizzard could make with the future of this game.
