This is how you easily clean a snes controller
Cleaning and Fixing a SNES Controller
My SNES Controller's buttons weren't responding anymore, so I decided to open it up and look what is inside. Inside we found a lot of dust and dirt, so I did a proper clean-out with the tools provided.
These controllers require small screwdrivers to be opened with.
I used 99% alcohol to clean with as well as contact cleaner and a bit of gum.
