19Honestly, Artful Phoenix is the only reason I own a Wii U anymore.
Artful Phoenix is a Smash 4 modpack that adds Rivals of Aether style directional air dodges, decreased landing lag, slightly increased hitstun, and rebalances to characters, stages, and even mechanics. It still feels like exactly what I wanted out of Ultimate. For my money, AP is the best Smash game.
