This NEW Skyrim VR mod fills the world with VR physics FUN! // Quest 2 Airlink
1,629Skyrim VR is still one of the best VR games you can buy today, not the basic vanilla version though, if you want the very best VR experience from Skyrim you HAVE to dive into the mountains of fantastic Skyrim VR mods available from some incredibly talented community members. The Skyrim VR Higgs mod for example makes the game feel like a true VR experience with better interactions, quality of life improvements and collisions between your hands, weapons and the world around you (not to mention some sweet Half Life Alyx style gravity glove powers). Just recently a new VR mod for Skyrim VR emmerged and it aims to bring VR physics fun to this massive open world RPG, pushing it one step closer to Blade and Sorcery style interactions, this mod is called PLANCK. The Skyrim VR Planck mod gives all NPCs ragdoll phsyics/fully interactive skeleton structures at all times, meaning you can grab them by the hand, face, leg etc.... it also applies to the animals in the world of Skyrim so get those petting hands ready!
Physically push NPCs around and watch them react, throw items at them (this will register as an attack if done hard enough), take their hand and go for a walk or just slap them around a bit, this new VR mod for Skyrim VR might be early in development but it fundamentally changes the way it feels to exist in this world. Having players react to your interactions at all times is just another step towards turning Skyrim VR from a fairly okay VR game into one of the very best VR games money can buy. This Skyrim VR Quest 2 gameplay capture was achieved with a Quest 2 airlink connection, sadly they still haven't given us a native Skyrim VR Oculus Quest 2 version but I imagine it's only a matter of time....surely!
