They tell him to stay, he walks away. They ask him for his Registration get this... HE TELLS THE OFFICER HE HAS TO GET OUT FROM BEHIND THE WHEEL, TO GO TO THE OTHER SIDE OF HIS CAR FOR HIS REGISRATION IN HIS GLOVE BOX... He could just reach over but no...
