This team keeps WINNING in SINNOH CUP! Bastiodon, Drifblim, Gastrodon | Pokémon GO Battle League PvP
ABB teams are often the cream of the crop in these restricted formats. In a league filled with Rock Paper Scissors, this team has found a solid place in the meta.

In today's video we are taking a look at some battles in the Sinnoh Cup for GO Battle League season 10 in the Great League. The team being featured today has been the team I have found the most success with in this meta, climbing over 200 points in 5 sets. This team is built around an ABB play style and features Bastiodon in the lead with Drifblim and Gastrodon in the back.
Bastiodon is a Pokemon that many people have been shying away from due to the heavy presence of Steel and Ground types. Despite this, it still has good value, provided it is surrounded by the right pieces, and this is all with a NON-XL Bastiodon, I'm sure an XL would perform even better.
Joining Bastiodon on this team is Drifblim and Gastrodon, which are two solid answers to a majority of the threats Bastiodon faces in this meta. When winning lead, it is almost always an RPS game with these 2 Pokemon allowing for optimal alignment in most cases. Arguably the biggest threat to this core is Gliscor or Bibarel. When losing lead you will want to swap into either Gastrodon to lure out the Drifblim/Froslass, or swap into Drifblim to lure out the Ice type. From there, Bastiodon farms down and the hope is that the final Pokemon in the back is weak to Gastrodon/Drifblim.
Overall, this is a strong team that I would definitely recommend using at this point in the meta. All three of these Pokemon are meta relevant and have great synergy together as a team of three.
In this video we use a team consisting of: Bastiodon [non-XL] (Smack Down, Stone Edge, Flamethrower), Drifblim (Hex, Shadow Ball, Icy Wind) & Gastrodon (Mud Slap, Body Slam, Earth Power).
