The program used is Photoshop and the best way to guarantee great results is to use Layers.
1. First Layer is the Sketch layer
2. Second Layer (under the Sketch layer) is the Flat Color Layer.
3. Finally the Fourth Layer (on top of the color layer) is the Light and Shade Layer.
This is not a step by step tutorial, rather this is how I go through my process. Hope you enjoy.
