Here's a game that unfortunately, never saw release outside Japan. This installment gets particular flak among fans and I think it's undeserved. How do you live up to the high expectations when the original developers were no longer around? Just glad a team had picked up the pieces and paid homage to one of shmup's great.
It's awesome the game supports 480p (progressive scan) as not many PS2 games have this mode. Finally, there's a bit of replay value since you can unlock tons of stuff like extra ships, extra modes (Neo style, Time Attack, etc.), sound test and extra reports (albeit in Japanese).
