I'd say it's an improvement over tiger woods 2009 but I think I still prefer Tiger Woods 2008.
The graphics dont seem any better and the Commentary is pretty bad, I prefer the commentary of 2009 and the graphics from 2008.

The awful controls from Tiger Woods 2009 have thankfully gone and you get to choose between analogue swing control or the old fashioned but easier to play slide power bar method.
The controls are much better laid out and it looks like EA have addressed the woes with the controls compaired to 2009.

The game is competent but offers nothing ground breaking, especially in the graphics and commentary departments.
