The shot was inspired by Joel Haver's "Some Scattered Thoughts on Doing What You Love" video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BizvIhp5clM&t=272s. I liked his picnic table shot in the video, and so I stole it but of course he's a film grad and his looks better. Also, if you need a good inspirational video, definitely watch it. It's what inspired me to attempt to make Youtube a full-time job.
