The Frantic Sword's blueprint is dropped by the kamikaze bat (Green bat that explodes), Grappling Hook's blueprint is dropped by the Catcher enemy (Large guy with the grappling hook and sickle), and Lightspeed's blueprint is dropped by the Time Keeper.

So I put together another boss-themed build, this time themed after the Time Keeper. I decided to go with Frantic Sword because of the basic 3-hit combo with similar swings to the Time Keeper's weapon. Also picked Throwing Knives because they're the closest thing to her throwing stars. The rest of the build is pretty obvious: Grappling Hook is her grappling hook, Lightspeed's her dash. For a themed run, this one is actually pretty solid. Frantic Sword is not a great weapon in my opinion (I think it's low B-tier, high C-tier. The critical can be difficult to maintain and its critical DPS doesn't feel strong enough to be worth), but having Throwing Knives for bleed synergy and Grappling Hook's damage boost make it feel much better. Lightspeed also provides some nice mobility to make up for the lack of shield. The build really does make me feel like a ninja or an assassin, just like the Time Keeper. (Btw, in case I don't do a Throwing Knife showcase run, I think it's C-tier. It's good for enabling other weapons with bleed synergy, but the DPS is generally low, the ammo is limited, and it relies on rare affixes to do much of anything on its own.)
