Flawless is a fun and interesting weapon that punishes poor performance by temporary lowering your DPS when you take damage. Of course, it also rewards good performance by giving you very high DPS when you haven't been hit in the past 15 seconds. Its effectiveness depends entirely on the skill level of the player, so I wouldn't recommend it for beginners.
