Symmetrical Lance blueprint drops from HoTK on the first kill. Assault Shield blueprint can be found behind the timed door before the Promenade of The Condemned.

So I put together a build based off the Hand's moveset, dressed up like him, and set a goal to beat 5BC with that build. Symmetrical Lance has never been one of my favorites and using the Assault Shield usually does me more harm than good, so the build is kinda tricky for me. That being said, you can get a win with any build if you put enough practice into it. Hope you guys enjoy this run and I've got a Time Keeper themed run in the works so that should be out in the next few days :)
