Encrypted Diary: Owl said a large group of Bandits were cutting off his supply line and killing his couriers. Owl wanted me to meet up with a squad of Loners near the Skadovsk, and join them in stopping the Bandits. The sun had gone down, it was foggy, and visibility was terrible. Not a good time to go after some Bandits, but I take the hand that I am dealt.
