With TNO's Toolbox Theory update imminent, and Paradox's newest DLC set to go live, thought I'd show this custom event. This one showcasing what would happen if Iran's civil war lasts long enough: the Iranian Anarchy, a state of perpetual warlordism in which "Persia" increasingly becomes more of an unattainable ideal, if not reduced to a geographic description, while spilling into neighboring Afghanistan. Not that it'll stop a new Great Game from emerging, especially should a recently-reunified Russia decides to intervene.

Though like the OTL Soviet invasion of Afghanistan, it's a REALLY GOOD IDEA for outside powers to jump in.

For some trivia, the opening clip is taken from remastered documentary footage of pre-Revolutionary Iran, circa 1974 ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T4M_EJzjItk ).
