Here's a new TNO custom event, done at the request of Ebolaman131. This being a less memey version of one of the more infamous ways World War 3 could break out: the Shrimp Boat incident, which could escalate into full-scale conflict between Japan and America...and themonuclear apocalypse. All this because of shrimp, though as the old saying goes, time heals all sorrows.
