Apply as much debuffs to the boss as possible for the dragon to remain stunned. The dragon has passive skills which removes debuffs so ideally you would want to stun the dragon first, then stack as much debuffs as possible. Ian, Persona & Carrot's 3rd skills are great for this stage because they provide additional 2 debuffs individually. You can replace Chris with Mu if you don't have maxed Soul Gear for her to take advantage of the 100% Stun.
