Tom & Jerry AI Episode is GARBAGE!
73This person is touting this Tom and Jerry AI generated video as the future of entertainment. Man, if that is the future, then the future is incredibly freaking bleak. Just look at this. What makes you think that any of this is even remotely acceptable to be presented as a genuine form of entertainment?
The plot, if you can even call it that, involves Tom going to the office, Jerry bites the wires that go through his computer, Tom chases Jerry but hits a wall, he goes to a meeting with Spike and others, and Jerry is laughing his ass off. And that's it. No really, that's really about it. No excitement. No genuine slapsticks. Absolutely nothing.
But don't worry guys. This same tech is going to evolve in the next two years. We just need more episodes being put into the AI bots so that they got more data! It's almost like AI still relies on human artists or something. Look at the Will Smith eating spaghetti AI video and how ungodly horrifying it looks. Now, you can actually generate something that does look more like Will Smith eating a spaghetti.
This is what 2 year of evolution gets you? It still looks incredibly uncanny. Will Smith looks like an alien eating in slow motion, and this AI still couldn't replicate Will talking to you naturally. Just because AI evolves and gets better doesn't make it in any way shape or form a genuine entertainment product ready for public consumption. The last AI generated product that I saw was the opening for Marvel's Secret Invasion, and that series can absolutely go to hell.
