Briefing:
The CIA have been monitoring Chinese naval activity in the Pacific. Specifically, their interests lie in their new submarine model which is capable of avoiding even the most advanced forms of passive sonar. The DoD is scratching their heads as to how they've developed such advanced ships, and the Agency has not been able to gather any solid data from their limited assets at their disposal.

However, a few months back, one of your missions was to extract sensitive data regarding Sentinel's involvement with Chinese affairs. A young aspiring coder in Langley, with the help of our local Intel, was able to uncover data regarding exchange of information and materials from both Chinese military delegates and members of the PMC high command. What she uncovered was quite incredible: self-thinking autonomous submarines remotely managed by a ground team. Now this is still in experimental phase and, currently, the only active team working right now is a squad of Sentinel Naval Specialists, stationed in the Submarine Cable Control facility in Ramford Mountain.

The original idea was to extract details about the subs and their itinerary, position etc. however the agency request something far bolder: to capture one and send it to friendly territory. Your part in this mission would be to assault and take over the facility. Once that's done, a squad of Skell Tech Engineers, who are also Outcast members, will take over the facility and aid the CIA with their mission.

Ghosts, you've been there before, you know this is not the easiest place to assault without sounding the alarm. Be vigilant, check your shots and make them count. If you play your cards right, you might even be able to take out the enemy before they know it.
