27Yep, it runs and looks like utter shite, your pc/mobile is not crapping out. Full game longplay of Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Double Agent, version 1 (PC, X360, PS3) of Double Agent, specifically the lengendary and legendarily shitty PS3 version, released a year after all the other versions, in March 2007. (version 2 is PS2/Xbox/GC/Wii) Played at 720p internal resolution from PS3 (real hardware), recorded at 1440p60 H.265 HEVC via OBS.
This version of the game is so hilariously bad, TRAGIC, SHITTY, DISGUSTING, that it just might be one of the worst multiplatform ports I've ever seen and played. It looks like ass, with extremely low texture resolution, effects, highly cut-back real time shadows in the world, basically - sometimes almost like a Switch port of a Xbox One X game. And, primarily - it runs at 10-20 fps, MOST OF THE TIME, like 75-80% of the time. It's absolutely unplayable, unacceptable, and should have never been even released, NEVER. And I wasn't even a fan of version 1 of Double Agent anyway, I think it's a weird, boring, broad daylight game that forgets that it's supposed to be a Splinter Cell game, a stealth game, with bad/mediocre levels and much worse ending sequences than the version 2 (especially on OG Xbox, that's the way to play Double Agent, on OG Xbox or on new Xbox consoles as it's Backwards Compatible, same as the shitty version 1).

In September 2007, Sam Fisher and rookie field agent John Hodge are being flown to Iceland to investigate suspicious activities at a geothermal plant, which is also Hodges' training mission. After he averts a missile strike by terrorists during which Hodge is killed, he is met by Colonel Irving Lambert aboard the V-22 Osprey, who bears bad news: Sarah Fisher, Fisher's only child, has died after being hit by a drunk driver. Overcome with grief, he is pulled out of active service.
Lambert offers him a job as a nonofficial cover operative, hoping that it will help him refocus. The NSA stages multiple bank robberies and killings to set up Fisher to infiltrate a domestic terror organization known as John Brown's Army (JBA). He is planned by the CIA to be sent to Ellsworth Prison in Kansas where he is placed in the same cell block as Jamie Washington, a JBA member, and begins digging a tunnel for escape. By February 2008, Fisher helps Washington escape, and is welcomed into the JBA.
