Found this out after working on my beast busters game by accident. Had the +5v cranked up so it was putting out +5.06V but that caused the U63 rom on my umk3 board to come up red. At first i thought it was the board but after readjusting the +5v down a bit, the problem went away. Just wanted to show some of you who may be experiencing some of the same problems.
