It hopes to create the first human settlement on the red planet.
This project has a 100 years plan, and the Mohammed bin Rashid Space Center spearheads it. It makes up a larger mission of the UAE and the Emirates Mars Mission. This mission aims to gather more information about the strange planet and make the best out of the growing space industry for the benefit of her people. 9. Autonomous transportation

Dubai's autonomous transportation strategy aims at converting about 25 percent of the total transportation in Dubai to independent methods by 2030. This new development is said to pump in around AED 22 billion in economic revenue yearly. It will also reduce transportation costs, accidents, and carbon emissions.

All of those glitches would be eradicated with this futuristic invention. 8. The Royal Atlantis Resort and Residences
Boasting 43 storeys, 13 restaurants, 2000 Jellyfish, and 90 pools, the Royal Atlantis Resort is set to impress you like its older siblings. With 693 hotel rooms, 231 luxury apartments, and 103 suites, it is one of the most luxurious hotels in Dubai. The apartments are constructed in various designs and styles, with each of them having its private pools and gardens. The facility is only a stone's throw from the established Atlantis hotel and sits on one of the crescents of the Palm. This gives visitors tremendous access to private beaches and ocean views.
The essential materials used to create this building includes 5500 tonnes of structural steel, 45,000 tonnes of steel rebar, 15,000 m2 of marble, and 130,000 m2 of glass-reinforced concrete. Its interior features 90,000 m2 of glass that is equivalent to 10 football fields. This resort is the ultimate destination for fun lovers and everyone who loves their space.

Reports say it is one of the most advanced buildings globally as it features a unique design with Arabic calligraphy inscribed onto the exterior.
