As time has gone on people have been suggesting new Top 10 ideas to me. This one in particular has been suggested at least a dozen times, as opinions on the armor and art of the game seem to be popular amongst the player-base. In this Top 10 I'm tackling the Tier Sets and giving my OPINIONS on which of them is the best looking, by class.
