Where to find the Topaz Eye Totem Fragment, its location, and how to get it for the Totem of Revelations quest are all covered in this Avowed video. I’ll take you to Leviathan’s Hollow in the Deadfall Highlands, northeast of the Sulfur Mines Basecamp in the Shatterscarp region, where I searched for one of the seven fragments of Wael’s God Totem. I started by swimming into the underwater pathway inside the pool on the east side of the hollow, a tricky entrance guarded by Xaurips, and emerged inside a giant Xaurip camp. I fought my way through the enemies, climbed to a higher elevation following a narrow path, and found the Topaz Eye on a stone table next to a corpse, alongside a Health Potion and Manu’s Badge. This fragment is part of the Eyes of the Obscured totem, which grants powerful buffs like +2 Intellect and +2 Perception, increased critical hit chance, and more when all pieces are collected.
