Here we join Marcus in Torchlight once again, but this time, it seems the threat did not stop, as the danger that was Ordrak broke free from his confinement! Now armed with the desire to stop this threat, Marcus begins his venture to stop him for good this time... hopefully!
For this stream, Marcus learns that there is a person known as the Alchemist (Technically, Marcus was an Alchemist in the first game. This will make sense soon enough.) and discover he is the cause of all these problems. We chase him to the Frosted Hills, where a lot of quests reside, and we systematically begin destroying smugglers, goblins and insane tendril cultists who seem to be getting corrupted from the Alchemist's influence, having stolen Ordrak's heart in order to create a powerful staff that will help him cure the curse that is the Ember Curse, something that lurked deep in Torchlight. Its almost as if Marcus was hunting a hero. Was he in the right? Was he wrong? Regardless, Marcus would continue his hunt, following him through the wastes of the desert! Next stream, we delve into the Ossean Wastes, using Zeryphesh as our new hub area to help a few more guardians who are suffering at the danger that was the Alchemist!
