"Spiritual successor" to the famous Planescape: Torment, Torment: Tides of Numenera attempts to continue the legacy. Taking place billions of years in the future, the protagonist awakens in a husk previously occupied by the Changing God. Confused, you set out hoping to find answers and a means to kill an ancient evil known as the Sorrow, which has a pension for killing off the Changing God's prior bodies.

This is a text-heavy adventure with very little voice acting. Action is sparse, dialog overly convoluted, but it is hard to see how much choices effect the overall direction this early on.
