Here's the fifth and final part of my first playthrough (livestreamed on Twitch) of Tormented Souls during September 2021! We were lucky enough to get the game's best ending (which I chalk up to my obsession with picking up items and treasure during any video game). I learned early with the Resident Evil series to quite literally look at everything and leave no stone unturned!
I really enjoy when games reward exploration, and when it results in a positive plot point, it makes it all the more worth it! While Tormented Souls in all was a relatively "quick" game, it also felt like the perfect length. It was short and sweet! I'm really tempted to learn the speedrun route for this game, just because it has pretty clear routing and controlled chaos like similar survival horror games (Resident Evil, Silent Hill, etc).
