So this game is basically a grind until you have the best things. This is the order I recommend buying items in:
Rock Pack ($1,000), Desert Eagle ($8,000), Big Cannon ($10,000), Jet Pack ($25,000), Super Cannon ($40,000), Automatic Shotgun ($50,000), Missile ($60,000), Bazooka ($80,000), Gold Cannon ($100,000), Tank ($200,000), Golden Gun ($400,000)

For the hard badge make sure you have a chest bomb and at least 10 nukes.
Now you should use the golden gun every time you stop bouncing off the screen. To get 3m ft you will need at least 1 if not 2 ammo refills.
When you have used up your ammo let yourself slow down because you are more likely to get ammo refills, if you are near to stopping use a nuke. Hopefully you get some refills before you hit a spike or get abducted.
