I advise setting skill level/ difficulty to easy as it doesn't matter for badges.
Just try to complete the levels by destroying bases as fast as possible, you can ignore the turrets as they respawn until the main factory is destroyed.
Doesn't matter if helicopter dies because it respawns unless your ship is destroyed which is very unlikely on easy.
