Touge 3 Gameplay By First Werawat
Touge (峠?) is the franchise for a series of touge racing games developed by Cave, published by Atlus in Japan and created in the mid 1990s. First episode came out in 1995 on the SegaSaturn platform and the latest episode available to this day (2007) was released on Xbox in 2002. As best seller some titles got a re-release in Atlus ("Atlus Value Plus 1500") and Sony ("PlayStation the Best") bargain editions. The gameplay focuses on import sports cars driving downhill in Japanese mountain passes using the drifting technique on curves. This subgenre is popular in Japan and gain exposure in the western underground culture during the 2000s through the broadcast of the popular anime series Initial D.
Yesterday I played Max 2, today I played part 3. The highlight of this game is that you can play Tournaments in each valley, each event. There are 3-car races, Dual, Drift, and race with the Last Boss named Keichi Tsuchiya driving a Honda NSX. Most of the cars in the game are JDM. You can customize and upgrade your cars. You can change the wheels and Aero Parts. However, the disadvantage of this game is that the driving physics are not very good. If you don't drive well, your car can lose control and slide. Drift mode might be a bit difficult. If you hit the edge, you might lose. The game is very short, there are very few tracks, very few cars. You can only customize your cars by tuning them, changing the wheels, Aero Parts, and upgrading the cars to be faster for some models. The Bot AI is sometimes good and sometimes bad. The graphics are not very beautiful. At night, if the car is dark, it will be black. The engine sounds of some cars do not match the car model.
As for the car I use, my main car is a Honda NSX because the Honda NSX is my number 1 dream car. It's a car I really like and love. The Honda NSX is my favorite JDM car. One day in the future, I must have a Honda NSX in Thailand before I die in real life. And the Honda NSX is my favorite car in the game Touge 3. As for the other car, I use the Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 because if I encounter a curve and a brutal, fast, and powerful AI Bot, I use the Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 because if I force myself to use the Honda NSX, I might lose because the car isn't powerful enough to fight the fast and powerful AI Bot. So I use the Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 because it has a 4-wheel drive system, is fast, and has a 6-cylinder engine with a brutal, aggressive, and exciting sound. It's easy to drive and is my second favorite JDM car. I like it after the Honda NSX R34. The new car is beautiful and cool, and it has an MFD screen on the console. The R34 is my favorite version of the Skyline GT-R. And the Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 is my second favorite car in the game Touge 3. I like it after the Honda NSX.
If it's a Lightsport class car, I use the Mazda RX7 SA22C because the Rotary Sport engine is the coolest and most powerful in the Lightsport class, and the Mazda RX7 SA22C is my favorite Lightsport class car.
Drift Class Activesport I use Honda S2000 because it replaces Nissan Skyline R30 and Mazda RX7 FC which are too slow if I force it, I will lose Drift mode because of Drift score. I have to follow the score set, so I use Honda S2000 instead because 250 horsepower, fast, strong, beautiful car, cool. If compared with Nissan Slivia S15, I like Honda S2000 more because Honda S2000 is more beautiful, cool and sportier. And Honda S2000 is the Activesport Class car. I like it 3rd. I like it after both Nissan Skyline R30 and Mazda RX7 FC.
Drift Class Highspeed GT I use the Toyota Supra A80 because it replaces the Honda NSX which is too slow. If I force it, I will lose in Drift mode. I replace it with the Toyota Supra A80 because the FR Sport car is beautiful and cool. The 6 cylinder engine has a fierce and exciting sound. The Supra is my favorite Toyota car. The Toyota Supra A80 is a Highspeed GT Class car Is No.3 and is my third favorite car in the game Touge 3. I like it after both the Honda NSX and the Nissan Skyline GT-R.
