On a whim I wanted to try Hisoutensoku's arcade mode, I honestly didn't expect to win though. 'Cuz I suck at the old fighters.

The arcade mode is your typical and expected singleplayer mode in a fighting game. Fight a bunch and that's basically it.

The AI doesn't seem very good though, if you wanna do singleplayer, the story mode of Hisoutensoku is more engaging than this. For one the AI doesn't use their spellcards... Like at all.
The modern touhou fighting game spin-offs don't have an arcade mode which is a shame in my opinion. It was the next best thing if you wanted to play alone.
I don't remember Hisoutensoku's gameplay being so slow though, the entire session took half an hour.

You can do whatever you like with my video's as all of them use the creative commons license, they are for everyone as long as you follow the lisence.
