Like what you’d expect out of a Stage 4 in Touhou, Hell is a very sudden difficulty spike in the enemy strength and quantity. Coupled with the fact that enemies are by nature, quite durable in this game you REALLY want to know where enemies spawn in and be there ahead of time to take them out fast as possible. And even then in some cases that won’t really take care of all the bullets.

As a mid-boss Yachie's isn’t too bad, rather she’s more of a warm-up to her non-spells you’ll face later on in the actual boss fight. Just follow the bullet gaps as they come both in one direction, then the next. Getting her hidden spirit’s a tad impractical and risky however making it so you both have to time beating her and making a risky mad dash to her face at the same time.

Yachie isn’t terribly difficult for the most part, but she is tricky as hell using a few attacks that can seem very overbearing when you first see them. She’s one of those bosses where you really want to know what you’re getting into since first impressions can leave you having no idea how to avoid what’s coming your way. You also need to be aware since the bulk of her spells are designed to make it so if you’re not careful you’ll dodge one attack, but end up running face first into a different one you didn’t see coming.
