Touhou: Hollow Song of Birds - Reimu Yellow Lunatic 1cc
32Never thought I'd be one of the people to Lunatic-1cc a Touhou game on basically day one, but here I am. To be fair, though, it's one of the easier fangames. I died a couple times towards the end because I tried deathbombing with Z-Spells, only to find out the deathbomb window for that is significantly shorter than for regular bombs.
This was only my second Lunatic run. What I learned from my first one is that Orange got nerfed to shit, and basically just fucks you over in the last third of the game if you pick it on Reimu because she just doesn't have the firepower necessary to shoot her way through the densely-packed enemy formations. From what I can tell, Yellow is the safest pick, since it buffs your firepower by adding two extra options while also increasing the rate at which the bomb gauge fills. That's probably the only reason why this run was no-miss until the stage 5 boss.
Given that I got over 9 billion points just from playing the game for survival, it makes you wonder what the score ceiling is. I highly doubt the counter stops at 9,999,999,990, at any rate.
