It's time for half of the characters first seen in Touhou 18: Unconnected Marketeers to have their Animas revealed at the end of July 2024 to be connected in this video!


Overall, I am happy with these Animas, especially Mike! I'd say Takane was okay, Sannyo was cool and Misumaru was fine, which takes me to how I would rank these four, with 1 being the favourite of the bunch and 4 being least favourite:

1) Mike
2) Sannyo
3) Misumaru
4) Takane


Starting off with Takane, while the mountain and river in the background looks cool, as well as the slowly swirling leaves, it sadly wasn't the most exciting one for me.

Then I would say Misumaru edges out Takane, as it's not my favourite in the world, but I do like all the Yin-Yang Orbs in the background as well as how vibrant they are. Outside of that, similar boat to Takane.

And then there is Sannyo. Amazing background, I love that purple dragon circling Sannyo, but that background with the night sky, stars and mountains, it truly does feel like a new home screen background!

And last, but also my favourite of these four, we have Mike! The flowing coins, the flag, the bullseye boards with arrows, the fish, even Mike embracing her cat side of her personality! Even though Sannyo probably has the more mesmerising background, I think Mike overall has the better Anima across the board, like in my opinion, there is a lot to enjoy in this one!


Next month will probably be up in the air as the game will see Animas for B5 Mokou, Y5 Tewi and B3 Hecatia. I don't have Y5 Tewi, but I have the others. Maybe I could ask for help with Y5 Tewi's Anima and credit that person for that help, but not sure how I'll approach it yet. Whatever happens, after that month will be fun to go over Tsukasa, Megumu, Chimata and Momoyo! I'm curious about what will happen after that, because we are running low on L1s (only Ibaraki-Douji's Arm and Yuuma for Rebirth) so it has to either be more UFES or maybe others like A-Series? We'll have to see. For now though, I hope you enjoy this Anima video, and now for the Unconnected Timestamps below!
