Of all the recent Sonic games since the first 3D Sonic in Sonic Adventure on Dreamcast (1999) Generations is the best one by far. It succeed in recreating the joy of the classic 2D games with modern graphics. The combination of the Modern and Classic extends to the game story and gameplay. You play the levels as Classic Sonic (short, fat, cute and mute) and Modern Sonic (Taller, Spikier, with green-eyes and one-liners ).
