Previous WR: 41.91 by frev; new cut WR 39.95 by Mizu

Why do 1 cut when you can do 2? I went into this wondering if either of them were possible, turns out they were. A juicy double digit timesave was therefore achieved.

The first cut I think could be RTA viable (edit: Mizu the madman did it!); you can probably carry more speed than I did by landing normally and safing, and there are multiple ways you can get up onto the block including dipping into the water slightly. This alone can save 3-4 seconds over the normal route even just with a turnaround. Free WR if you want to go for it - just don't respawn!

The second cut is much trickier, took a lot of bruteforcing to just barely land it on the platform. It's also possible to do the 2nd cut by jumping over the boat to the left instead, and dropping onto the quarterpipe, then dipping into the water and out similar to Pavel's insane HappyBay runs. However, I think this is slower than just landing on the platform.
