Hello everyone and welcome to another Train Simulator video. In today's videos I will be driving a Southern Class 377 Electrostar from London Victoria to Brighton calling at East Croydon, Gatwick Airport and Brighton. In this video however I'll only be driving as far as East Croydon and then in the next video I'll be driving from East Croydon to Brighton with the only stop being at Gatwick Airport.

The Class 377 is an Electric Multiple Unit built by Bombardier Transport who also built the Class 720 and Class 710 Aventras, the Class 377 is in the Electrostar family of trains and it looks identical to the Class 375, 387 and 379. they have a max speed of 100mph, they have a max coach amount of 12 coaches and they are dual voltage Trains meaning they run on the AC 250kv overhead electrification system and the DC third rail system.
