PHASE 1:

- Annihilate: he casts a large fiery explosion. If the spell is targeting you, make sure to run away from your party members so they're not caught in the explosion. Try to roll out of the area of explosion right before it explodes to avoid taking damage.
Blaze Wall: little circles appear throughout the arena (one of them follows you) and when the casting is done fire pillars will shoot out of them. You'll want to keep moving around until the fire comes out. Make sure to roll out of it to stay safe.

- Type Change: changes which elemental spells he uses.

-Spells: Explode +, Dark Force +, Thunderstorm +, Spike Freeze +, Stun Gust (Cyclone spell), Cold Blaze (ice spell)
- Hyper Cannon: Opens up what looks like an orange portal on the upper left side of the screen and shoots really large rocks at you. These can be easily dodged, but if you don't even notice this (like the first time I fought him), then you'll feel like you're getting hit out of nowhere.

- Demon Scream: He usually does this attack when you're really close to him. He yells and hits everything in front of him, and I mean the area of effect is everything in front of him. This will most likely slow your attack down a bit as you need to step back. Use this time to heal up if you need to
Stone Cloud: releases a gassy cloud that hits the characters in the area and can potentially petrify you. Use a Medical Herb if this happens and be very careful of not being all together.

- Boosts: Strengthen +, Mental Boost

- Dark Rain: The area of attack of this spell is right underneath a character and will follow them around while it's being casted. As it starts, you can dodge out of it but it'll continue to follow you. It's easy to outrun it so stay moving!

- Moon Spiral: a line area of effect appears in front of Archdemon and once it charges, it shoots a very powerful beam all across it. Be very careful as this attack can seriously wreck your party. Luckily for us we can see where it's going to hit so we can stay away. If this was it, then this attack would be rather dumb. For our misfortune, the beam comes back and passes across the arena from right to left right in front of Archdemon, and then it'll pass again from right to left but around the middle of the arena.

- Air Rush: this is a cyclone attack, but much bigger and moves around. I've only seen him use it in the back of the arena so be careful and stay in the front, dodging anything that he throws at you.
Southern Slice: this is Archdemon's most dangerous attack. You'll see the area of effect is the entire arena and 2 purple orbs start shooting into a triangle in the center of the arena. You'll want to destroy these orbs before the spell is being casted because if you don't the triangle will start spinning, it'll hit all of your characters for around 350 damage and will summon a level 65 Demon. These are like regular enemies so they won't last long, but the attack itself still hits hard so I recommend you destroy those orbs.

- Reanimate: Bring his lost arm(s) back.

- Fetid Breath: he exhales in front of him (in a similar way as the Demon Scream does) and hits you for a couple times. This one doesn't hit that bad, but it knocks you off your feet so be careful.
Total Defense: he crosses his arms to block his face and adds a shield icon. You do 0 damage while this is going so make sure to charge an attack and keep it like that until he stops blocking. Kind of a pointless move to be honest, especially if you can get rid of that shield icon in one hit.

- Gigantaburn: When you see it coming, you need to immediately stop and go destroy the flames around the area. They too are weak to Ice Saber and Ice Spells, so put that on to help. If you fail to do this, you will take some exploding fire damage, although not enough to wipe your team out (a group heal can put you back in the fight easily enough).

- Catastrophe: A very dangerous attack that he rarely uses, and can only do so when both of his arms are up. You'll suddenly see the area of effect, which is the entire floor start filling up. You need to destroy both hands before the spells finishes charging in order to stop it. If you don't do so he'll shoot several beams that will hit all your party members for a couple of times, and then finish it off with a large explosion, dealing even more damage. Yes, this is a very dangerous attack so if you have a Starlancer Riesz make sure to increase that Defense and Magic Defense, or if you have a Fenrir Knight Riesz, go ahead and decrease Archdemon's magic. If you don't have a way to lower his stats or raise yours, then good luck and heal up/revive as soon as the attack finishes.
