This trophy requires the skill Lightsaber Throw which you can learn in the Skill Tree after learning Force Pull (story related skill in Tomb of Mitkrull).
In Bogano there 5 bugs that you can round up together in a narrow hallway.
This makes it very easy to defeat 3 enemies with the Lightsaber Throw.
Once you got them together hold L1 and press triangle.
If you fail you can zipline down again to the Medidation Spot and Rest to respawn the enemies.
